Is there a charge for waiting time? If so, what is the policy regarding wait time?
Global Limo's grace period is defined as up to fifteen (15) minutes past the scheduled time of pick up. Any amount of time past the initial grace period will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle, in 15 minute increments.
Global Limo is able to monitor all commercial flights, so wait time is not charged for any passenger arriving on a delayed commercial flight.
Global does monitor private flights when provided the proper flight information and if the aircraft owner has permitted tracking.
Global does not monitor train schedules and, thusly, wait time will be charged for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
Should I tip my chauffeur?
Yes, if the client is satisfied with the service they received. A recommended 18% gratuity is included in the quoted price for your convenience. However, a gratuity is at the discretion of the client and should be based on the quality of services provided.
What method of payment does Global accept?
A credit card is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). We may ask you to complete a new account form to be kept on file.
When will my credit card be charged?
A pre-authorization of your credit card will be processed one business day before your pick up. The final charge will be processed within two (2) business days after the trip has been completed.
How can I obtain a receipt for my reservation charges?
At the time of processing the final charge to your credit card, we will send you a receipt via e-mail, provided we were supplied with one when the reservation was made. You can also request a receipt by calling our office or by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org
If you do not have an e-mail address that you wish to provide, we can mail or fax your receipt to you.
If you have downloaded and registered on our mobile app, you can view any receipt for any booking that was made on your account.
Do you offer corporate or personal open accounts?

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No. Every Global Limo vehicle is strictly Non-Smoking.
Can I request a particular driver?
Yes. Communicate with our reservation specialists to let them know which driver(s) you prefer and we will assign them to your profile. The drivers selected will be assigned to any reservation you make, pending their availability.
